Residential use is divided into 3 individual blocks: [1] at NE Broadway and 33rd -- 2 stories of residential with 40 units, lobby access from NE Broadway; [2] at NE Broadway and 32nd -- 2 stories of residential with 34 units, lobby access from NE 32nd; and [3] at NE Weidler and 32nd -- 3 stories of residential with 60 units, lobby access from NE 32nd. 142 Commercial parking stalls will be accessed from mid-block on NE Broadway, at-grade, with a right-in/right-out access and a 2-way ramp from mid-block on NE Weidler up to this level of parking. 167 Residential parking stalls will be accessed from mid-block on NE Weidler. This parking is below the Commercial parking. Area bounded by NE Weidler, NE Halsey, NE 32nd and NE 33rd: Approximately 14,000 SF of ground level commercial space.
